Things to know

Operator must be at least 26 years old, fuel is not included, and a fully refundable $500 cash deposit is required. Maximum of 10 passengers per boat, and the operator must watch the safety video before departure. All renters / operators must be present at the rental docks. Pets are not allowed onboard.

It is a violation of NC state and local law to carry liquor onboard any open vessel on an inland waterway. Beer, wine and champagne are permitted in reasonable quantities but absolutely no liquor is permitted onboard. Coolers are subject to inspection. All children under the age of 13 must wear a properly fitting PFD for the entire rental.
