This operation stands out for its genuinely passionate guides and exceptionally well-cared-for dogs. Reviewers consistently mention guides like Stuart, Ben, Brandon, and Miguel by name, praising their knowledge and enthusiasm for both the sport and the individual dogs. Many of the huskies are actual Iditarod champions, which adds an authentic thrill to the experience. What really sets this apart is the quality time spent meeting the dogs before and after rides—some visitors report petting 40+ friendly, socialized pups and learning about their training and personalities. The experience works beautifully for families with young children and couples alike, with several reviewers noting how patient and accommodating the staff are. Even when snow conditions weren't ideal, the team adapted creatively to ensure guests still had a memorable visit. The private tour feel, lack of rushed vibes, and hands-on approach (kids can sometimes help drive the sled!) make this feel more like spending time with dog-loving experts than a typical tourist activity. The combination of gorgeous mountain views, fascinating insights into mushing culture, and genuine animal interaction creates something truly special that visitors describe as unforgettable.

We enjoyed our experience so much! Really cool learning about and interacting with the dogs. As others have said, not enough snow to sled and we were on an atv but it was still a very special time. Kids loved it. Hope we can dog sled with this same crew in Alaska one day!
