Eric stands out as the star of this operation, and it's clear why people rave about him. As a local who grew up in New Orleans and is of Creole descent, he brings an insider's authenticity that transforms the bike tours into something special. Reviewers consistently praise his storytelling abilities and deep knowledge of the city's real history and culture. He's beloved in his community—people literally stop him on the street to say hello—and that genuine connection to the place shines through. The Heart of the City tour gets mentioned frequently as a fantastic way to explore beyond Bourbon Street. The three-hour tours move at a comfortable pace, with Eric always making sure everyone stays together and feels safe. Guests appreciate that he never rushes through stops and shares personal stories that add extra depth to the experience. One group even got to enjoy an unexpected second line parade, with their guide happily letting them soak it all in. People come away feeling like they've seen the authentic New Orleans and learned things they wouldn't have discovered on their own. Several reviewers are already planning return visits.

Jordan was our tour guide. He was very personable and knowledgeable and did a great job making sure everyone was together, letting us know when to stop, turn right or left and let us know what was next after each stop. We opted for the Creole tour which took us on a fun adventure through the city of New Orleans- the French Quarter, Frenchman Street, St Louis Cemetary 3, Louis Armstrong park and more. We learned when New Orleans was founded, war history and history of the city, where jazz music got its name, what a “shotgun” house is and how they have become increasingly popular and expensive over the years. We also visited Cafe du Monde for coffee and beignets. Jordan also gave some recommendations for local restaurants, night clubs and bars. We rode 9.7 miles in 3 hours, enjoyed conversation with the other folks on the tour and had a great day. Thank you, Jordan!
