When everything's running smoothly, families have an absolute blast here. The staff consistently gets praise for being friendly and helpful, and parents love that there are different sized hills so kids can build confidence before tackling the bigger slopes. The tow rope is a nice bonus when you need a break from walking tubes uphill, and there's a heated cafe for warming up between runs. Weekday visits, especially Monday nights, seem to be wonderfully uncrowded, giving families plenty of room to enjoy themselves. The main concern worth knowing about involves mechanical issues with the lift. Several visitors experienced significant delays due to equipment breakdowns, with wait times stretching over an hour. What frustrated guests most wasn't the breakdown itself, but how management handled the situation afterward, particularly when families had special needs or traveled long distances. These appear to be isolated incidents rather than an everyday occurrence, but it's something to be aware of. That said, the overall experience skews very positive, with most families saying their kids had a great time and they're eager to return.

The runs were good. The workers were all friendly and helpful. Only suggestion I have is I didn't know about the small tube run until just before we left. My 5yo went down the big runs twice and was scared so we hung out in the lodge for awhile. Afterwards, we went back out and was told about the other run and she loved that one.
