Travelers consistently rave about the friendly, attentive crew who go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Captain Shane and the team get plenty of shoutouts for their professionalism and warmth, with multiple mentions of staff helping passengers, accommodating special drink requests, and making sure everyone feels included. The boats themselves offer comfortable seating with good views from every angle, and there's a nice bar service that includes souvenir metal cups with your drinks. The sunset and afternoon cruises both get glowing feedback for their relaxing vibe and stunning views of Grand Traverse Bay. Guests appreciate that boats feel full without being overcrowded, and many mention how smooth and enjoyable the entire experience is from booking through disembarkation. One practical tip that comes up: it can get chilly out on the water, so bring a jacket even on nice days. The overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive, with guests calling it a highlight of their Traverse City visit and saying they'd definitely return.

We did the Champagne Sunset tour on the Nauti-cat and it was one of the highlights of our stay in Traverse city. Each person gets a drink ticket, and they give you cute metal souvenir cups with each purchase. The boat is a good size for the amount of people, as there are plenty of seats for everyone and you get a good view wherever you are at. It can get a bit chilly on the water so make sure you bring a jacket if its chill out. The staff was friendly and even made a cocktail for us that was not officially on the menu. The view on the lake is beautiful, and this is a great couples boat ride, or even to do with family.
