The communication was excellent, and everything was crystal clear from the very beginning. I personally recommend the 45-minute tour that includes the Statue of Liberty; the hotel pick-up and drop-off service is also a fantastic addition. Our pilot, Ryan, was incredible. You can truly tell he loves what he does. Since it was our first time in a helicopter, we weren't used to the sounds or movements, but Ryan explained everything in advance and made us feel incredibly comfortable. Thank you, Ryan, you rock!
