Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule up to 7 days before for a full refund of any deposit. 3–7 days: 40% charge; 24–72 hrs: 60%; 10–24 hrs: 80%; under 10 hrs or no-show: 100%. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather or other issues, you may reschedule or receive a full refund of any deposit. The captain may refuse disruptive passengers or end a trip early.
