Things to know
Ages 8+ and maximum weight 250 lbs. Riders under 18 must wear a helmet; closed-toe shoes are mandatory. Arrive 30 minutes early; tours run rain or shine and all participants must sign a waiver. Riders under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling may be possible on a case-by-case basis. Rebooking is possible but must be requested at least one week before your reservation, unless impossible situations arise. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the tour are charged in full unless your seats are resold; if resold, you will be refunded in full.
