Things to know
Group outings require a minimum of 10 paddlers; final participant count is due 10 days before the event. All participants must complete a risk acknowledgment form. Paddlers under 13 must ride tandem with a parent or guardian; minimum weight is 30 lbs and lifejackets are required.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 10 days before the outing. Within 10 days, you may reschedule or receive a refund minus a 30% service fee. Trips run rain or shine; if canceled due to severe weather or water conditions, you will be rescheduled or refunded.
