Things to know
Minimum age is 8. You must manage at least 8 flights of stairs and slippery, muddy, uneven terrain. Tours may run in rain; the operator may cancel for safety concerns or if the minimum tour count is not met.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start (72 hours for parties of 6+). Cancellations within 24/72 hours incur a 50% charge; same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 100%. Late arrivals unable to attend are charged 100% and may reschedule once on standby. Operator may cancel for safety or low participation; you will not be charged and deposits are refunded. Tours rarely cancel for rain.

Check-in location is on our private property exactly where our tour takes place. It is located on Hulemalu Rd. between Puhi Rd. and Halehaka Rd.
