Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the tour. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Cruise ship force majeure cancellations receive a full refund. No-shows are charged in full. If children do not have proper seats, the tour will not operate and no refund will be issued.
Meeting details
This tour meets at Kilauea Visitor Center, 1 Crater Rim Drive, Volcano 96785. Look for a Mercedes van that says Big Island VIP. We will be down on the end with the restrooms in the commercial van parking. The Visitor Center is the first big building on the right after passing the ranger booths.
