Things to know
Boarding begins 15 minutes before departure; if you are not in line by 5 minutes before, you may miss boarding. Minors must be accompanied by an adult unless they have Jet Express authorization. Dress code applies: shoes, shirts, and pants/shorts required; no swimsuits, bra tops, see-through clothes, or visible undergarments. Bikes/Kayaks/e-bikes can be taken $5.75 each way
Cancellation Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued if departures are cancelled by the Jet Express due to inclement weather. Tickets are only valid for the 2026 season and bookings may be rebooked for any scheduled departure during the 2026 season.

Boarding begins about 5–10 minutes before departure, and it’s recommended to be in line about 15 minutes before. Guests arriving less than 5 minutes before departure may lose their seats.
