Sea Paradise operates shoe-less boats; wear footwear that is easy to remove. Full-face snorkel masks are not permitted. BYOB is not allowed; premium beverages are available for purchase after water activities.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require 24 hours notice for most bookings, or 72 hours for Pleasant Holidays reservations and private charters or groups of 10+. No refunds if you fail to cancel within the required timeframe. Guests must be on Hawai'i Island and arrive on time; arrival delays within 24 hours are nonrefundable unless the spot is filled.
