Things to know
Renters must be 25+; all operators must complete online registration and bring a state-issued ID. A $500 credit card hold is required 1–2 days prior and may be waived with purchase of third-party 1-day boater insurance. Arrive 30 minutes early for orientation; no open flames or smoking ($250 penalty), and pets and emotional support animals are not permitted.
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 12 guests.
Cancellation Policy
Boat rentals: 100% refund up to 5 days before. No refund within 1–2 days of start. Captain services: 100% refund up to 5 days; no refund with less notice. No refunds for weather such as clouds or rain. For unsafe conditions such as unsafe air quality, high winds, or lightning, a full refund may be provided or rebooking if availability allows. Service may be refused for safety; no refund in such cases.
