Things to know
Arrive 15 minutes early; waivers must be completed in advance. All ages are welcome. Guests may bring food and drinks; no alcohol or glass is permitted. At booking, provide the name of each passenger and the number of children ages 13 and under.
Dress in layers and bring a light jacket (windbreaker recommended), as it is cooler on the water; plan accordingly for spring, fall, and winter. Sunglasses (polarized recommended), a camera (300mm lens suggested), and non-slip shoes are also recommended.
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 6 guests.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Cancel more than one week in advance for a 100% refund; one week to 72 hours, 50%; 24 to 72 hours, 25%; less than 24 hours, no refund. If your slot is filled by another group, a full refund will be provided.
