Minimum age is 4. Arrive 15 minutes early; no late admission. Underground temperature is 68°F/20°C with hard hats provided; no food or beverages, weapons, tobacco, pets, strollers or laser pointers.

You must call by 5:00 pm the night before your tour to cancel. Tours cancelled before 5:00 pm the night before will be refunded. No refunds after 5:00 pm the night before, including the day of the tour. Same-day changes may be rescheduled.
