Things to know
Helmets are mandatory for adults and children. E-bikes require 24–48 hours advance notice to ensure a full battery charge, and there is no pick-up service for drained e-bike batteries. A photo ID and a security deposit are required at the time of rental.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation for a full refund more than 72 hours before the event. Cancellations within 3 days are non-refundable. If the operator cancels due to extreme weather, you may reschedule or receive a refund.
