The boat is rented with a captain, and captain service is paid separately to the captain at booking. A signed waiver is required before departure. Safety instructions and a boat walkthrough are provided at check-in.

Cancellation Policy
Free full refund up to 5 days before your rental. 50% refund for cancellations 2–5 days prior. No refunds within 2 days or for no-shows. Operator may cancel for unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances; you may receive a full refund or reschedule. One reschedule allowed up to 72 hours prior; a fee may apply. Operator may substitute a vessel of equal or better value.
